Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What happens if I quit listening to the track before it has ended?
We strongly recommend you listen to the entire track.  If you stop the track before it has ended, you will not get credit for it on your schedule.  Your practitioner will not know that you actually did have a session, even though it wasn't completed.  This could affect how your Practitioner assesses your progress.

What if I miss a session on my schedule?
If you miss a scheduled session, you'll be automatically scheduled for the next session.  Your Practitioner will know that you missed a session which will help in the evaluation of progress.

What if I don't have headphones or earphones and other people are around me when I play a track?

If you have no headphones, earphones, or earbuds, be sure you keep the volume down and hold the speaker of your device close to your ear.  Try to isolate yourself if possible.  We don't want other people close enough to hear the track playing.

Will I get better results if the volume is louder?
The volume of the track has no affect on how well your body will or will not respond to the frequency.  In other words, louder is not better.

How long will it take to listen to one session?
The length of time for each session is one minute.

Should I feel anything when I'm listening to the track?
You may or may not feel something when listening to a track.  Some people are very sensitive to the energy generated by the tracks and feel a sensation while listening, and even after listening.  But many people feel nothing different.  Whether you feel something or not has no bearing on the potential outcome.
